1. Orders
By ordering from Ovirra, you accept these terms.
By placing an order, you authorize Ovirra to act as your purchasing agent to source the requested product directly from our manufacturing or fulfillment partners. Ovirra arranges the purchase and delivery on your behalf and charges a service fee for this, which is already included in the total price shown at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no additional costs for our service.
Orders depend on stock. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing or product error.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices are in AUD or EUR and include VAT (EU) or GST (Australia) unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed after full payment using the payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Shipping
We ship to Australia, the EU and other regions shown on our site.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Import duties or local taxes outside the EU or Australia are your responsibility.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU and Australia may return their order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, without giving a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
This right does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under EU law or the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Warranty
Legal warranties under EU law and Australian Consumer Law remain in full force.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, unless required otherwise by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Privacy
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with GDPR (EU) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Governing Law
EU customers: your local consumer law applies.
Australian customers: Australian law applies.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version active at the time of your order applies.
